HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKES TO ARRIVE TO MY COUNTRY?
UPS Expedited takes to all Americas 2-3 working days, to Europe and Rest of the World takes 3-6 working days depending on destination.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
By default, payment is securely processed by Paypal, there you can pay with any debit/credit card even if you don't have a Paypal account. If you need payment by T/T bank transfer, please contact us to provide you a quotation and our Bank Details.

DO YOU HAVE DISTRIBUTORS?
We do used to have distributors, but shipping and delivery times were always faster if customer buys direclty from us rather than distributors, so for now the fastest and easiest way to buy our products is direcly from our website.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Customer can return any product within 10 days if not satisfied with it, postages are customer's duty. But don't worry our return rate across 8 years is 0.001%!
IS SMARTGPU, SMARTWAV, ETC COMPATIBLE WITH MY BOARD(ARDUINO, RASPBERRY PI, BEAGLEBOARD, FEZPANDA, PSOC4, MBED, ETC.)
Yes, SmartGPU, SmartWAV and all our Development Tools are controlled by simple Serial UART-USART (RS232) commands, therefore as this is an universal protocol, any Arduino UNO, DUE, MEGA, Raspberry PI, BeagleBone, FezPanda, PsoC 4, etc. boards with a USART-UART can control any of our tools.
DO YOU SELL THE BARE SMARTGPU2, SMARTWAV, SMARTDRIVE, ETC PROCESSORS?
Vizic main market is to sell the bare Intellectual property core processors to our customers, this way, engineers can easily integrate the bare IP core processor to their final product designs(medical, industry, consumer electronics, etc) and easily add the required graphics, audio, touch or desired functionality.
Once our customers have evaluated our processors with the aid of our development boards, VIzic provides schematics and connection diagrams to let engineers integrate the bare processor into their high-end final product PCB design/solution, for this, please contact us.
